Favikon Refund Policy

At Favikon, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for our customers. Refunds will only be processed under specific and valid circumstances, as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be granted if a valid reason is provided and meets all of the following conditions:

  • A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.

  • Verified technical issues prevented you from accessing or using the service.

  • You canceled your subscription before the renewal date, but the charge was still processed.

  • You were charged despite having successfully canceled your subscription within the required timeframe.

  • You have not actively used the software beyond 10 sessions or a significant portion of its features.

  • Other exceptional cases, subject to our sole discretion.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be considered. All refund decisions made by Favikon are final..

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please complete our Refund Request Form. This ensures we have all necessary details to process your request efficiently. Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you within 14 business days.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take up to 14 business days for us to initiate the refund.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take an additional 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Services that have already been fully used.

  • Partial subscription periods.

  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless required by law.

  • Requests made beyond 30 days of the transaction date.

Subscription Cancellation

If you no longer wish to use Favikon, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. However, canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless one of the eligible reasons applies.
