How to Create a High-Impact Campaign on Favikon: A Complete Guide
If you're looking to manage influencer collaborations, content partnerships, or creator outreach in an organized and performance-driven way, Favikon’s Campaigns feature is your ultimate control center.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through every step to building a campaign using Favikon.
Here is a guide to help you through the process:
Step 1: Access the Campaigns Tab
To get started, head to your Favikon dashboard. On the left-hand side, you’ll see the “Campaigns” tab. This section houses all your current, past, and future campaigns.
Step 2: Start a New Campaign
Once inside the Campaigns dashboard, you’ll see a “+ Create a new campaign” button.
Clicking it will launch the setup wizard where you’ll begin defining the structure and purpose of your campaign.
Step 3: Define Your Campaign Information
In this stage, you’ll fill in the foundational details:
Campaign Title: Choose something descriptive that your team and stakeholders can easily recognize.
Summary: What’s the goal of this campaign? Is it brand awareness, community engagement, product launches, or content generation?
Select your Brand: Type in your Brand name.
Website URL: Make sure to add your brands URL.
Managing as an Agency: If so, click yes!
If you can't find your Brand, go to any of you social media platforms and use the Favikon Extension to add the profile to your Favikon profile.
Step 4: Set Campaign Detail
Here’s where you define the structural settings:
Type of Campaign: Private or Public
Start and End Dates: These define the active period for your campaign.
Industries: Select the industries relevant to your campaign. These should
represent the niche or market you want to target.
Platforms: Select the social media platforms that will host your content ( e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or a combination.
Regions: Select the region you wish to target.
Budget: Input your planned investment or cost cap for the campaign. This helps in planning collaborations realistically.
This step ensures your campaign aligns with your marketing calendar and budget constraints.
Step 5: Description
Use this step to outline who you're looking for and what content creators need to deliver.
Followers: Select a creator type based on follower count (e.g., Nano, Micro, Macro).
Who we’re looking for (Required): Briefly describe your ideal creator (e.g., “Fashion creators based in Europe who post Reels”).
Content must include: List deliverables (e.g., “1 post, 1 story, 1 video”).
Add tags: Click “Add more +” to include relevant campaign tags (e.g., “beauty,” “tech”).
This step is crucial to avoid miscommunication and ensure content delivery is consistent and high-quality.
Step 7 (Optional) : Invite Creators
Use this step to invite creators to join your campaign. This part is Optional!
Invite from lists: Choose a saved list of creators using the Lists dropdown.
Invite individual creators: Search for and select creators or brands manually.
Message to creators: Customize the message that will be sent with the invite. It includes placeholders like
{{name}}
,{{brand}}
, and{{campaign_name}}
which auto-fill when sent.🔗 The default message includes a link to the campaign brief so creators can view all details and accept directly from the page.
Now it's time to Publish!
Step 8: Manage Live Campaign
Once your campaign is live, Favikon’s dashboard becomes your analytics command center!
Here, you can:
Manage to see applications
Then see all the applications here :
From here, you can:
Quote campaign costs for each creator
Vet creator profiles & review their applications
Approve or deny in a click
Send DMs straight to creators
Receive replies & briefs, negotiate & close deals
Check status of each applicant ( e.g., Accepted, Rejected, New Application)

Step 8: Message Creators
You can now directly message the creators in your campaign, making communication smoother and more efficient.
Here you can:
Send DM’s
Track messages between you and creators
For emails, use the Outreach (only available for Pro Plan)
Step 9: Track Campaign Content
You can now analyze the performance of posts created by the influencers in your campaign — all in one place!
What you can see:
Total Posts: Number of posts tracked in your campaign.
Cumulated Impressions: The estimated number of views your campaign has received.
Cumulated Engagement: Total likes, comments, and shares.
EMV (Earned Media Value): The estimated value your campaign has generated.
