How to Create a High-Impact Campaign on Favikon: A Complete Guide

If you're looking to manage influencer collaborations, content partnerships, or creator outreach in an organized and performance-driven way, Favikon’s Campaigns feature is your ultimate control center.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through every step to building a campaign using Favikon.

Here is a guide to help you through the process:

Step 1: Access the Campaigns Tab

To get started, head to your Favikon dashboard. On the left-hand side, you’ll see the “Campaigns” tab. This section houses all your current, past, and future campaigns.

Step 2: Start a New Campaign

  • Once inside the Campaigns dashboard, you’ll see a “+ Create a new campaign” button.

  • Clicking it will launch the setup wizard where you’ll begin defining the structure and purpose of your campaign.

Step 3: Define Your Campaign Information

In this stage, you’ll fill in the foundational details:

  • Campaign Title: Choose something descriptive that your team and stakeholders can easily recognize.

  • Summary: What’s the goal of this campaign? Is it brand awareness, community engagement, product launches, or content generation?

  • Select your Brand: Type in your Brand name.

  • Website URL: Make sure to add your brands URL.

  • Managing as an Agency: If so, click yes!

If you can't find your Brand, go to any of you social media platforms and use the Favikon Extension to add the profile to your Favikon profile.

Step 4: Set Campaign Detail

Here’s where you define the structural settings:

  • Type of Campaign: Private or Public

  • Start and End Dates: These define the active period for your campaign.

  • Industries: Select the industries relevant to your campaign. These should

represent the niche or market you want to target.

  • Platforms: Select the social media platforms that will host your content ( e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or a combination.

  • Regions: Select the region you wish to target.

  • Budget: Input your planned investment or cost cap for the campaign. This helps in planning collaborations realistically.

This step ensures your campaign aligns with your marketing calendar and budget constraints.

Step 5: Description

Use this step to outline who you're looking for and what content creators need to deliver.

  • Followers: Select a creator type based on follower count (e.g., Nano, Micro, Macro).

  • Who we’re looking for (Required): Briefly describe your ideal creator (e.g., “Fashion creators based in Europe who post Reels”).

  • Content must include: List deliverables (e.g., “1 post, 1 story, 1 video”).

  • Add tags: Click “Add more +” to include relevant campaign tags (e.g., “beauty,” “tech”).

This step is crucial to avoid miscommunication and ensure content delivery is consistent and high-quality.

Step 7 (Optional) : Invite Creators

Use this step to invite creators to join your campaign. This part is Optional!

  • Invite from lists: Choose a saved list of creators using the Lists dropdown.

  • Invite individual creators: Search for and select creators or brands manually.

  • Message to creators: Customize the message that will be sent with the invite. It includes placeholders like {{name}}, {{brand}}, and {{campaign_name}} which auto-fill when sent.
