Favikon automatically updates profiles based on specific timeframes, depending on the type of profile and customer plan. However, if you notice that your data is outdated or needs immediate updating or follower count is wrong. here’s how Favikon’s update policy works and what options are available to you.

Automatic Update Rules

  1. All Profiles: Updated every 30 days.

  2. CRM Profiles: Updated every 15 days.

  3. Tracking Profiles: Updated every 72 hours.

These automatic updates ensure that your data stays fresh without requiring manual intervention. If you need more frequent updates, see the options for paying customers below.

Manual Update Options for Paying Customers

If you’re a paying customer, you have the option to manually update profiles based on the following conditions:

  • Unlimited Profile Updates: As a paying customer, you can update any profile by clicking the Update Profile button without restriction. This allows you to ensure your data is always current.

  • Creator Plan Users: If you’re on the Creator plan, you can still manually update your profile, but there’s a 24-hour cooldown period between updates. This means you can update your profile once every 24 hours.

How to Manually Update Your Profile

  1. Go to the Profile you wish to update.

  2. Click on the Update Profile button to refresh the data.

  3. Wait for the data to sync, which may take a few moments depending on the profile type and update frequency.

By understanding these update rules and utilizing the manual update options, you can ensure your profile data on Favikon remains accurate and up-to-date.

If you’re still experiencing issues with data updates, please contact our support team via Intercom for further assistance.

Creators can edit their profile if they're on Creator Plan by clicking "Edit your profile".
