Favikon uses a credit system to manage usage across different features on the platform. Understanding how credits work will help you maximize your experience, whether you’re searching for creators, analyzing audiences, or building lists in CRM.
Types of Credits on Favikon
Favikon offers four main types of credits, each used for different actions:
Search Credits: Used when performing searches in the Discovery feature.
Audience Credits: Used to access detailed audience information for a creator.
CRM Credits: Used for adding creators to CRM, tracking, or lists.
In addition to these credits, there are also limitations on:
Number of Lists: Each plan has a maximum number of lists that can be created.
Creators per List: Each plan limits the number of creators you can add to each list.
To check the specific number of credits and limits for each plan, please visit app.favikon.com/pricing.
You can see all your credit budget by clicking on "My Account" button on the bottom left.
How Credits Are Deducted
Credits are deducted based on specific actions within the platform. Here’s a breakdown of how each type of credit works:
1. Search Credits in Discovery Mode
When you perform a search in Discovery mode, credits are deducted based on the number of results generated on each page.
For example:
If 50 results appear on the first page (the maximum per page with minimal filters), 50 search credits will be deducted.
If you go to the second page and there are 24 results left, 24 more search credits will be deducted.
If you use multiple filters and only 5 creators appear, 5 search credits will be deducted.
You can see remaining search credits & budget for search here on top in discovery:
Pro Tip: To avoid credit wastage, toggle on "Hide creators already in your CRM" option in filters.
2. CRM Credits for Tracking and Lists
Each time you add a creator to Tracking, CRM, or a List, one CRM credit will be deducted.
This allows you to organize and monitor your selected creators efficiently while keeping track of your usage.
You can see remaining CRM credits & budget for search here on top in CRM / All My Creators section:
3. Audience Credits
When you need detailed audience information for a creator, you can click the Get Audience Details button.
Each time you use this feature, one Audience credit is deducted, giving you access to in-depth insights into the creator’s audience demographics and interests.
Managing Your Credits
Each plan on Favikon includes different amounts of Search, Audience, and CRM credits, as well as limits on lists and creators. To make the most of your plan, consider your needs and check the pricing page for details on credit allocations by plan.
