Magic Search allows you to search for creators through the content they publish. If you already have a specific type of content in mind, this feature helps you discover creators based on the exact topics, products, problems, or trends you are looking for.

It can also help you find creators based on what they are doing or experiencing. For example, if you are looking for creators who are struggling to learn a language, simply type that into Magic Search and you’ll find creators discussing that challenge. This makes Magic Search a powerful tool for problem-solving, research, trend discovery, and sourcing relevant creators.

How to Use Magic Search

  1. Go to Magic Search on the left side of the screen.

  2. Type the type of content you’re looking for.

Example:
female beauty influencers using design hair dryer

  1. Once you’ve entered your search, click Search.

  2. You’ll then see content results based on your search query. Results are generated according to exactly what you searched for.

Options Available on Each Result

Click on the 3 dots on any post you want to explore. You’ll be able to access the following options:

1. See Similar Content

You can view similar posts related to that content.

  • Cost: 1 credit

2. View the Creator Behind the Content

You can see the creator who published the content.

  • Cost: 3 credits

If you click this option, you’ll be able to open their profile on Favikon and view:

  • Their profile details

  • Their stats

  • Their content

  • Additional creator insights

3. See Why This Content Is a Match

You can view detailed information explaining why this post matches your search.

This includes:

  • Keywords the post is about

  • Mentions in the post

  • Hashtags used

  • AI explanation of why the content matches your search

  • The original caption of the post

4. Show Original Post

Click Show Original Post to open the content directly on the platform where it was originally published.

For example:

  • If the post was published on LinkedIn, clicking this option will take you directly to the LinkedIn post.

  • The same applies to any supported social media platform.

Search Content Using an Image

Another way to find creators through their content is by searching with an image.

  1. Click the camera icon on the right side of the search bar.

  2. Instead of typing a prompt, upload an image.

Supported formats:

  • JPG

  • PNG

  • WEBP

Maximum file size:

  • 20MB

You can also drag and drop an image directly from your computer.

Search by Keywords

You can also search by specific keywords to find posts containing exact words or phrases.

Example 1: Single Keyword

Type a word in quotation marks:

“Favikon”

This will return posts that contain that exact word.

Example 2: Multiple Keywords

Use two keywords together, such as:

“skincare” and “organic”

This will return posts that include those words.
