Favikon allows you to export data in CSV format for in-depth analysis and reporting. Here's how you can export data and the details included in the export files.
How to Export Data
From the CRM:
Go to CRM from the left sidebar.
Apply filters (e.g., by list, region, followers).
Click the Export CSV button to download data for creators within your CRM slot limits.
From Lists:
Navigate to Lists in the sidebar.
Select a specific list and click Export CSV.
Exports are limited to the number of creators allowed per list based on your plan.
Export Limits
CRM Exports: Tied to your CRM slot limits:
Starter Plan: 100 creators.
Standard Plan: 1,000 creators.
Pro Plan: 5,000 creators.
List Exports: Based on the maximum number of creators per list:
Starter Plan: 50 creators.
Standard Plan: 200 creators.
Pro Plan: 500 creators.
To export more creators, divide large lists into smaller ones or upgrade your plan.
Attributes Included in CSV Export
The exported CSV includes the following data for each creator:
General Details:
fullName,title,pictureUrl,favikonScore,favikonTier,addedOn,gender,region,language,tags,status,internalNote.
Social Media Metrics (across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Twitch):
Score,Followers,Url,Handle,Growth,AvgEngagement,EngagementRate,AvgViews.
Industries:
primaryIndustry,otherIndustries.
Activity Metrics:
followers,growthPercent,growth,monthlyActivity,Engagement.
Custom Fields:
email,custom email,phone.
Brand Details:
brandName,brandPictureUrl,brandProfileUrl.
