Adding Creators to CRM
There are several ways to add creators to your CRM:
From Discovery or Search:
Use the Discovery or Search features to find creators. Add them to your CRM by including them in a tracked list or by selecting them directly.
From the Chrome Extension:
If youâre browsing a creatorâs profile using the Favikon Chrome Extension, you can add them to your CRM with a single click.
Manually:
Go to All My Creators in the left sidebar and click CRM.
Click Add a Creator to manually input a new creatorâs details.
Pro Tip: To add multiple creators at once, use the Discovery or Rankings feature to streamline your workflow.
Accessing and Navigating CRM
To access your CRM:
Click All My Creators in the left sidebar and select CRM. Here, youâll find all the creators in your lists.

Export to CSV:
You can export your CRM database by clicking the Export CSV button. This export includes details like:

Organizing Creators with Tags, Statuses, and Notes
Tags:
Add tags to your creators to group them by campaigns, niches, or custom categories.
Create custom tags with unique names and colors to better organize your creators.
Statuses:
Assign custom statuses like "Potential," "Contacted," or "Collaborated" to keep track of your progress with each creator.
Internal Notes:
Add private notes to each creatorâs profile. This is ideal for tracking discussions, agreements, or campaign details.
Contact Information
Emails: Some creators may already have their email addresses populated. If not, you can manually add their emails to their profiles.

Select the creators you wish to include.
