Contact Enrichment helps you keep your saved creators’ data complete, accurate, and up to date. When you save people to your contacts, their profile is added to your Contacts list, but not all information is fully populated by default.
What happens when you save a contact
After saving a creator, the contact appears in your Contacts section. However, some data may be missing or outdated, such as:
Social media accounts
Email address (if available)
Score
Followers
Campaign Lists if you added them in a campaign
To update and complete this information, you’ll need to enrich the profile.
How to enrich a contact
To enrich one or more contacts:
First, save the creator(s) to your Contacts.
Go to Contacts.
You can either:
Click Enrichment in the upper-right corner of the screen to enrich all contacts, or
Select the specific creators you want to enrich, then click Enrich.
Once enriched, the profile information will be fully updated.
Enriching a contact
When you enrich a profile, all key data points are updated, including:
Social profiles
Email (when available)
Scores and followers
Campaign Lists if you added them in a campaign
This ensures you’re working with the most accurate and complete information for outreach and campaigns.

Enriching a profile costs 3 Favicoins per profile
Email Finder (Email Waterfall)
Our email finder is included when you unlock a profile.
We use a waterfall email finder, which means:
We combine multiple email providers and data sources
We test them in a specific order
We stop as soon as a valid creator email is found
This approach allows us to find 65%+ of creator emails while avoiding unnecessary charges.
Cost:
Finding an email costs 1 credit
You are only charged if an email is successfully found
If no email is found, no credit is used
Unlocking a profile includes both profile data and the email search. There’s no separate action required.
Adding and managing attributes
You can also add and manage attributes for your contacts.
Click next to Enrichment, and you’ll be able to choose from available attributes such as Country, Language, LinkedIn Followers, and many more.
You can select all available attributes, unselect the ones you don’t need, or customize your selection.
You can also create your own custom attribute by clicking Add attribute. Simply fill in the required information by choosing an attribute name and type. Available types include Text, Number, Checkbox, Date, and Rating.
If an attribute is empty, it means either:
The creator is not active for that type of attribute, or
The profile needs to be enriched to retrieve that information
Profile refresh
If a profile has already been enriched and you just need the latest data, you can use Profile Refresh instead of full enrichment.
