Outreach Automation allows you to scale creator communication directly from your campaign using FaviAI or manual messaging.
Follow the steps below to set up your automation:
Step 1: Access Automation
Go to Campaigns
Open the campaign you want to work on
Click on the Automation section
Select New Automation
Step 2: Select Creators & Channel
Choose the creators from your campaign
Step 3: Choose Outreach Details
Select your preferred outreach channel. What channels can you outreach: Social Media DM, Emails, and Favikon DM.
If you want to contact influencers through email, you must enrich their emails first. If the emails have not been enriched yet, the platform will show you how many emails need to be enriched. You can do this directly in the Automation Outreach step. A message will appear indicating the number of emails that need enrichment. Each email enrichment costs 1 credit per email. If we are unable to find the email of a creator, you can manually add the email if you have it available.
Choose your desired message content. You can either write the message manually or use FaviAI to automatically generate a personalized message.
If you choose FaviAI, you can configure advanced options:
Select how many follow-up messages you want to generate in the sequence.
Choose the base style and tone of the message:
Friendly
Professional
Casual
Direct
Set a language for all creators. You can choose the language you want to use and send your message to all creators in that language.
Once configured, click Continue to Messages.
Step 4: Review & Customize Your Message
You will see a preview of how FaviAI personalizes the message for each creator. Review the AI-generated content and edit or adjust it if needed before sending. You can also choose how many days apart messages should be sent and add follow-up messages to increase response rates.
When the message language is selected using FaviAI, the message for each creator is generated in the creator’s default language. The default language means the language the creator normally uses in their posts. FaviAI detects the language creators write in and automatically adapts the outreach message to match it. For example, if your campaign includes creators from France and the USA, the message sent to French creators will be generated in French, while messages sent to creators from the USA will be in English. If a French creator receives a message in English, it means that the creator typically writes their posts in English. By default, the creator language is therefore based on the language used in the creator’s content, and each creator receives a message generated in the language they use in their posts.
To review the message that will be sent to creators, you can click on the arrow next to "Showing an example preview" then choose the creator you want and then you'll be able to see an example preview of the message. This allows you to check exactly how the message will appear for that creator. If you want to modify it, you can click on edit and adjust the message by changing the tone, style, or by adding additional instructions to the AI.
FaviAI personalizes emails by analyzing three main elements: your brand that you selected when creating the campaign, the campaign description, and the content posted by the creators. It looks at what creators talk about in their posts and combines that information with your brand and campaign context to generate a relevant outreach message through FaviAI. You can still edit the generated message at any time by clicking edit to change the tone, adjust the style, or add instructions to the AI so the message better fits your campaign.
Step 5: Preview & Schedule
Click Preview & Schedule to:
Review all messages
Edit timing and sending schedule
Adjust the date and time by clicking Edit
Once everything looks good, click Confirm Outreach. Your emails or messages will then be sent according to your selected schedule.
Note: If you want to send messages manually, press / and you’ll be able to add custom variables such as first name, last name, company, and email. If you want to modify how these are used in FavAI, click Edit and add instructions to the AI, such as telling it to use the creator’s first name or last name in the message.
