How to use Inbox?

If you want to reach out to creators, you can either go to the Inbox tab on the left side of the screen, or if you want to reach out to creators in specific campaigns, go to your Campaigns and open the Conversations section.

If you need to message a creator, they must first be added to the campaign.

Messaging creators and accessing profiles

Click on a conversation with any creator and then click the profile icon on the right side of the screen.

By opening the profile, you can view an overview of the creator and general information such as:

  • Industry

  • Niches

  • Country

  • Language

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Authority score

  • Badge

You can also view the social media channels they have connected on the platform, and their email (which you can edit if needed).

Social media statistics (last 90 days)

The profile section also displays statistics about the creator’s connected accounts. To view this information you need to Enrich the contact or open the creator's profile. All data reflects performance from the last 90 days.

Editable or manually fillable statistics include:

  • Followers

  • Follower growth

  • Post price estimate

  • Engagement

  • Engagement rate

  • Posts

  • Total likes

  • Total comments

  • Total shares

  • Total views

  • Average posts per month

  • Average posts per week

  • Average likes per post

  • Average comments per post

  • Average shares per post

  • Average views per post

If some statistics are empty, it means we could not retrieve the data automatically. You can manually input the data if you have it.

Collaboration information

In the Activities tab, you can review collaboration details for the campaign the creator is part of.

Posts in this collaboration

You can review posts that are part of the collaboration. For each post, you can verify:

  • Social network

  • Format

  • Scheduled date and time

  • Price

  • Tracking link

You can also:

  • Add new posts to the campaign

  • Delete existing posts

Adding Creators to Any Campaign

On the left side of the screen, if you click on the + sign, you can add creators to any campaign in order to message them. You have the option to add creators manually by searching through your existing campaigns and selecting them, or you can also add creators in bulk, from discovery results, or using the Favikon extension.

Message filtering

Next to the + sign, you can apply filters to your conversations in order to find specific messages or interactions. The available filters include:

  • Status

    • New

    • Accepted

    • To contact

    • Contacted

    • In discussion

    • In collaboration

  • Network
Use this filter if you want to reach out to creators you have contacted through a specific social media platform. It allows you to narrow down your conversations based on the channel used (for example, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Email), so you can easily manage and follow up on outreach conducted through that particular platform.

  • Date Range
Allows you to filter conversations based on a specific time period.

  • You also have the option to show only engaged conversations, which helps you focus on discussions where there has been prior interaction.

Once you have configured your filters, click Apply to display the filtered results.

You can also filter all chats across all your campaigns by:

  • All messages

  • Unread messages

Saving collaboration details for planned posts

At the bottom of the chat window, you can save details of an upcoming post with the creator:

  1. Select the social network you are collaborating on

  2. Choose the content format

  3. Set the scheduled date and time

  4. Enter the agreed price

  5. Add a tracking link

Once completed, click Save. You can also delete the entry at any time.

Message creators

You can contact creators through multiple channels depending on your plan:

  • Favikon DM (only available if the creator has a verified account on Favikon)

  • Email

  • LinkedIn DM

  • Instagram DM

Please note that if one of the outreach options is grayed out, it means either you or the creator has not connected your LinkedIn or Instagram account to Favikon.

If the FavikonDM option is grayed out, it means the creator is not active on Favikon. In this case, please use one of the other available outreach methods.

You can format messages by selecting text and applying:

  • Bold

  • Italics

You can also:

  • Add emojis

  • Attach files or images

  • Send voice notes

Messages can be sent immediately or scheduled for later. You can use default scheduling times or choose a custom date and time.

Outreach Recommendations (Getting Better Responses)

When reaching out to creators, we recommend using a clear and professional subject line such as: “Collaboration Opportunity | Sponsored Post.”

While the AI inbox feature was originally designed to support mass outreach referencing creator content, this approach is now widely used in sales and outreach in general. As a result, creators often receive similar messages frequently.

To improve response rates:

  • Keep messages short, clear, and structured

  • Avoid referencing a specific post in the introduction

  • Outreach across multiple channels (especially LinkedIn and email) significantly improves reply rates

  • Follow-ups are essential because many responses come after the second or third message

There are two main outreach approaches:

  • Mass automated outreach

    • Scalable and efficient

    • Typical response rates range from 10% to 30%, depending on creator size and follow-up strategy

  • Personalized outreach

    • Higher response rates

    • More time-consuming

Both approaches are valid and can be combined depending on your campaign strategy.
