3. Automate Outreach
Here, you can choose to automatically contact creators. You can skip this step if you are in a rush, but we recommend setting it up to streamline your outreach. For more information on how to set up and use automation outreach, please check out this article: https://help.favikon.com/en/articles/13916806-how-to-use-outreach-automation
4. Set up Tracking
You can track the performance of posts by setting up tracking for your campaign. This allows the platform to automatically retrieve posts from creators in your campaign so you can monitor conversions and check how the content is performing.
You can choose to track specific posts by using particular hashtags, mentions, or keywords related to your campaign. Alternatively, you can select the option to track all posts, which will retrieve all content published by the creator.
You also have the option to set up GA4 (Google Analytics 4) integration. This step is optional, but it allows you to track how your influencer campaigns drive real results on your website. By connecting your Google Analytics 4 account to Favikon, you can monitor clicks, traffic sources, and visitor behavior coming from each influencer.
This helps you identify which creators are generating the most value and allows you to optimize your strategy based on real performance data. For more information on GA4 please check out this article: https://help.favikon.com/en/articles/13169792-how-to-track-sales-conversions-for-your-influencer-campaigns
4. Set Visibility
You can choose whether to make your campaign public or private.
Public campaign: You can reach out to creators directly, and relevant creators can also discover and apply to your campaign on their own.
Private campaign: You can invite and contact selected creators only, and creators will not be able to apply to the campaign themselves.
If you choose to make your campaign public, you can use filters to control which creators are eligible to apply. Creators who do not meet the selected criteria will not be able to apply. You can also select multiple options for each filter. For example, you can choose more than one niche, language, or network to broaden the type of creators who can apply. Filters include:
Industry
Niche
Country
Language
Network (social media platform)
Followers
Minimum growth rate (past 30 days)
Minimum average engagement per post
Minimum posts per month
Only creators who meet the criteria you set for these filters will be able to apply to your campaign. Creators who do not meet the requirements will not be able to apply.
Once you’re done, click Start Campaign, and you can start managing your campaign.
