How to manage my campaigns?

Manage and optimize your influencer campaigns in one centralized hub. Track performance, communicate with creators, and measure results—all in one place.


Accessing Campaigns

  1. Click Campaigns in the left sidebar

View your campaigns organized by status:

  • Active – Currently running

  • Draft – In planning

  • Paused – Temporarily stopped

  • Archived – Completed campaigns


Adding Creators to a Active Campaign

You can now add creators to your campaign using multiple methods, depending on your workflow. Click on Add Creator on the upper right corner of the screen.

  • Suggestions: The platform recommends creators based on your campaign criteria.

  • Lists: Add creators directly from your saved creator lists.

  • Manual: Add creators one by one.

  • Bulk via CSV: Upload a CSV file containing creator data to add multiple creators at once.

  • Copy & Paste: Paste creator profile URLs directly to add them instantly.


Conversations

Centralize all creator communications:

  • Send messages directly to creators

  • View conversation history

  • Filter by Read or Unread to prioritize follow-ups

Streamline your outreach without leaving the platform.


Automation

Outreach Automation is now available to help you streamline creator communication at scale using FaviAI. This feature allows you to automate multichannel outreach while maintaining personalization and follow-up consistency.

Automation Availability by Plan

  • Trial: Email automation only

  • Starter: Email automation only

  • Standard: Email + Instagram or LinkedIn automation (choose one)

  • Pro: All channel automation options

  • Enterprise: Full automation access across all channels

Content

This section allows you to view all the posts published for your campaign.
You can use filters to sort posts by:

  • Social media platform

  • Post type (Reels, Stories, Videos, etc.)

  • Engagement metrics such as:

    • Most recent

    • Most liked

    • Most commented

    • Most shared

    • Best engagement rate (ER)

You can also manually add a post from any creator in the campaign or add new creators directly from this section.

Sharing & Exporting Content Data

You can download your campaign’s content overview as an Excel file for reporting or offline analysis from the Content Tab by clicking the Download arrow.


Analytics

Get a clear overview of your campaign with metrics like audience reach, views, engagement, and EMV (Earned Media Value).

Campaign Data Updates

  • Posts are updated every 22 hours.

  • Posts with your specified keywords, hashtags, or mentions are added automatically, and you’ll be notified to confirm.

  • For real-time data, refresh a post manually every 2 hours; updates reflect in overall campaign analytics.

Creator Funnel
Track creator progress:

  • Activated: Added to campaign

  • Replied: Responded to outreach

  • Accepted: Agreed to participate

  • Published: Content posted

Cost Metrics
Monitor performance and budget:

  • Budget Engaged: Total spent

  • CPM: Cost per 1,000 impressions

  • CPE: Cost per engagement

  • CPV: Cost per view

Creator Breakdown
See detailed performance for each creator:

  • Posts published, engagement, engagement rate, views, CPM

  • Add new creators directly

  • View posting times and average engagement to optimize future campaigns


Settings

Click on the Settings section in the upper left corner of the screen to edit your campaign details. From there, you can update:

  • Campaign name

  • Brand

  • Campaign description

  • Start and end dates

  • Budget

⚠️ Remember to click "Save Changes" after making updates.


Tracking Configuration

Content Tracking – Monitor campaign content automatically:

  • Hashtags – Track specific campaign hashtags

  • Mentions – Monitor brand or campaign mentions

  • Keywords – Follow relevant keywords

  • Auto-track all posts – Automatically monitor everything from campaign creators

📌 Retroactive Tracking: You can manually add content posted before your tracking was configured, or adjust criteria to include previously published posts.

Link & Traffic Tracking:

  • Destination URL – Where tracking links direct users

  • Google Analytics – Connect to track clicks and website visits (required for full tracking)

Once configured, posts containing your tracked hashtags, mentions, or keywords are automatically added to your campaign. You'll receive a notification to confirm each post.


Post Tracking and Scheduled Content

Posts are always tracked using the campaign’s configured hashtags, keywords, or mentions, regardless of whether the creator publishes exactly at the scheduled time.

If a creator publishes content within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the system will automatically match the content to the scheduled post. The post will then move to a pending state, allowing you to review and confirm it.

If a creator publishes more than 24 hours before or after the scheduled time, the post will still be retrieved. However, it will not be matched to any pending post. In this case, any information that was recorded in the scheduled post such as tracking links, pricing, or other details will not automatically be linked to the retrieved post.


Campaign Visibility

You can choose between two options:

  • Private Campaign: Only you (or your team) can add creators manually.

  • Public Campaign: Any user with a verified Favikon account can apply to join the campaign.


Application Form (Public Campaigns)

Configure the application form for public campaigns:

Campaign Details:

  • Brand – Search and select associated brand

  • Website – Brand or campaign URL

  • Summary – Campaign description for applicants

Creator Pipeline: Customize status columns for your kanban board.

Default statuses:

  • New

  • Rejected

  • Accepted

  • To contact

  • Contacted

  • In discussion

  • In collaboration

➕ Add custom statuses or edit existing ones to match your workflow.

EMV Calculation: Set dollar values for engagement types (plays, likes, comments, impressions) per content format.


Campaign Actions

  • Archive – Store completed campaign

  • Delete – Permanently remove campaign and all data ⚠️ Cannot be undone
