What is Tracker?
Tracker helps you monitor social media content from creators across five platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
It pulls all the social media content for a list or segment of creators into an organized, tabular format that's ready for analysis or export to CSV.
How does it work?
Tracker can analyze data along two axes:
By Creator: Pulls all of a creator's content and metrics for the specified period.
By Post: Pulls all content from qualifying creators for the specified period.
By Creator metrics
By Creator gives you an ordered list of creators along with their authority score, follower count, growth, number of posts, and engagement rate. You can filter this view by social media platform.
By Post metrics
By Post gives you an ordered list or grid of all content, including caption, thumbnail, date posted, engagement, and EMV (Earned Media Value). You can filter this view by social media platform, creator name, format, hashtag, or mention.
Who is Tracker for, and how is it used?
Tracker supports a range of use cases for both monitoring existing creator relationships and discovering new insights. Here are some common ways customers use it:
Employee advocacy
Companies that want to track how their employees perform on social media and report on it regularly.
How to use Tracker: add all employees to a list and use Tracker to monitor their performance on a weekly basis.
Social listening
To track all content mentioning a specific brand or keyword.
How to use Tracker: customers first build a segment using Radar or Content Search based on that brand or keyword, then create a Tracker report filtered by that keyword, mention, or hashtag.
Trend tracking
To understand what's trending in an industry.
How to use Tracker: customers push a ranking (for example, the top 200 creators in their industry) into Tracker and monitor what those creators are posting about over time.
Setting up a Tracker
Trackers can be built from two source types:
Lists: Static collections of creators. You can populate a list with creators sourced from Creator Search, Content Search, Radar, Rankings, or Lookalike, or by directly uploading creator handles from your Contacts.
Segments: Dynamic lists where creators automatically enter or exit based on qualifying or disqualifying criteria.
Steps to create a Tracker
Go to Tracker.
Click + New Tracker.
Choose your source: List or Segment.
If you choose Segment, select a method:
Radar — Creators mentioning a specific creator or brand.
Rankings — Creators in the top 200 of a ranking.
Lookalikes — Semantic lookalikes of a given creator.
Content Search — Creators whose content matches a content search prompt.
Creator Search — Creators who match a creator search prompt.
Click Create Tracking.
How creator tracking works
Once a creator is added to a Tracker, their data and posts refresh daily.
Tracked creator limits
Each plan includes a limit on the number of creators you can track at once:
Plan | Tracked creators included |
Core | 100 |
Pro | 300 |
Enterprise | Custom |
Additional tracked creators can be added for $39/month per 100 creators.
Note: Once you add a creator to a Tracker, they fill a monthly slot for that month even if you remove them from the list afterward. The slot remains used until the next billing cycle.
