Favikon offers flexible plans and a credit-based system Favicoin so every team can manage influencer marketing at its own scale.

Plans & Who They’re For

Core: For brands getting started with influencer marketing.

Pro: For brands ready to scale their influencer marketing efforts.

Enterprise: For agencies or brands running influencer marketing at a large scale.

Team Access: If you have a team and want several people to access your account, anyone can log in as long as you share your email and password with them.

Each plan includes credits to spend on searches, profiles, analysis tools, and engagement.

How your credits work depends on your billing cycle:

Regardless of whether you have a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plan, your credits refresh every month starting from the date you began your plan.

Engagement Features

Core:

  • 1000 contacts: You can add up to 1000 unique influencer contacts. Each time you save a contact or add them to a campaign, it counts as one slot in your contact limit.

  • 1 tracked campaign: You can run and monitor one active influencer campaign at a time. A tracked campaign lets you follow all outreach efforts, track campaign metrics in real time, and measure campaign performance in one convenient place.

  • 1 report: You can create 1 report from available templates or create it yourself.

  • Outreach: You can reach out to influencers via email. You can send them an email making it simple to communicate without leaving Favikon.

Pro:

  • 5000 contacts: You can save and manage up to 5000 influencer contacts. Every contact you add to a campaign or save in your database counts toward this limit, helping you keep your influencer network organized and easy to navigate.

  • Tracked Campaigns: Create and manage up to 5 active influencer campaigns at the same time. Each tracked campaign allows you to monitor outreach, engagement, and performance metrics in one place, helping you stay organized and optimize your results with ease.

  • 3 reports: You can create up to 3 reports, either by choosing from available templates or creating them yourself.

  • Outreach: You can reach out to influencers via email, LinkedIn, and Instagram directly from the platform.

  • GA4 integration: Track how influencer campaigns drive real results on your website. By connecting your Google Analytics 4 account, you’ll be able to monitor clicks, traffic sources, and visit behavior coming from each influencer. This helps you clearly understand which creators are generating the most value and optimize your strategy based on real performance data. To activate campaign tracking, simply link your Google Analytics account to Favikon.

Outreach Limits & Best Practices

To ensure successful outreach and avoid account restrictions, we recommend following these platform best practices:

  • Email outreach: We recommend sending 30–50 emails per day. Sending significantly more may increase the risk of being flagged.

  • LinkedIn outreach: LinkedIn allows up to 30 message requests per day. You can also send LinkedIn connections directly via Favikon, but there are limits for initial reach out:

    • LinkedIn Free: up to 5 people per month, with a 200-character word limit

    • LinkedIn Premium: up to 30 people per month, with a 300-character word limit

  • Instagram outreach: There are no fixed daily limits, but this depends on how old and active the account is.

These are recommended best practices, not hard limits enforced by Favikon. Following them helps protect your accounts and maximize response rates.

Favicoin: How Credits Work

Favicoins are used every time you Find, Engage, or Analyze creators.

Find:

  • AI Search → 1 Favicoin (25 results per search)

  • Lookalike → 1 Favicoin

  • Radar → 1 Favicoin

  • Rankings → Free

  • Profile Preview → 1 Favicoin

  • Full profile lookup → 3 Favicoins (access for 30 days): When you unlock a creator’s full profile, you gain immediate access to all detailed insights including audience analytics, contact information, performance history, and engagement quality. Once unlocked, the profile stays fully accessible for 30 days, so you can come back anytime during that period without spending additional credits.

Engage:

  • Profile refresh → 0.5 Favicoin (stats only): A profile refresh updates a creator’s public stats so you always see their latest numbers, like follower count, recent engagement, and rankings. To refresh a profile, click View Full Profile and then click the arrow next to the creator’s name.

  • Fetch Emails → 1 Favicoin : If the email is not fetched, the credit will not be used

  • Unlock Profile → 3 Favicoin : Unlock Profiles in Contacts to retrieve the data you would like to see.


What Happens When You Cancel

There are two important stages: Cancellation and Expiration. When managing your Favikon subscription, it’s important to understand how unused credits are handled.

1. When You Cancel Your Plan

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.

  • Your credits remain available.

  • Your cancellation date is recorded.

  • Your subscription is scheduled to end at the end of the current billing cycle.

This means you can continue using your paid features and remaining credits until the billing period officially ends. Unused credits are tied to your active subscription. This means that as long as your subscription remains active, you can use any credits you have accumulated.

Nothing is removed immediately.

2. When Your Subscription Actually Expires

When your billing period ends, Stripe triggers the subscription expiration event.

At that moment:

  • Your plan automatically switches to Free

  • Your search credits reset to 0 Additionally, unused credits cannot be carried over to a future subscription, so it’s important to use them before your subscription expires.

  • Your Favikon credits reset to 0

Additionally, the system cleans your paid plan data, including:

  • Custom tops

  • Marked tops

  • Listening tops

  • Tracked rankings

  • CRM tops

  • Custom creators

Once expired, your account continues on the free plan.
