Managing Your Campaign

1. Overview

The Campaign Overview provides a clear snapshot your campaign. From here, you can quickly see key details such as unread conversations, activated creators, budget engaged, and total estimated impressions.

Click on the Settings in the upper left of the screen to view general information about your campaign and manage its status. You will see default status options, but you can also add new statuses or edit existing ones.

Here are the default statuses and their meanings:

  • New: The influencer has been identified but not yet contacted. No communication or engagement has occurred. They are in the early discovery or outreach planning stage.

  • Engaged: Initial contact has been made with the influencer. They have responded or shown interest in collaborating, and discussions about the campaign concept are beginning.

  • In Negotiation: The creator is open to collaboration. Both sides are actively discussing terms and deliverables, such as pricing, timelines, or content expectations. No final agreement has been confirmed yet.

  • Confirmed: The influencer has agreed to participate in the campaign. All major details are aligned, posts or content plans are stored, and execution planning or content creation can begin soon.

  • Live: The influencer’s content is published or currently running. Posts, videos, or stories are live on agreed platforms, and performance tracking and engagement monitoring are ongoing.

  • Completed: All campaign activities with the influencer are finished. Performance results and insights have been collected, and the campaign is ready for wrap-up reporting or future collaboration review.

You can also delete or edit any status to better fit your workflow.

Click on the Tracking tab next to General to start tracking your campaign’s performance.

  • Destination URL: Enter the page users will land on when they click your creator’s tracking link.

  • Content Tracking: Add hashtags, mentions, or keywords you want to monitor. You also have the option to track all posts from all creators in the campaign automatically.

  • Clicks & Website Visits Tracking: To enable full tracking for clicks and website visits, you’ll need to connect your Google Analytics account.

Click on the Application tab to access the Application Form.

You can choose between two options:
