Managing Your Account Settings on Favikon

Learn how to access and customize your account settings.

To access your settings, click on your name at the bottom left of the screen, then select Settings. You’ll find three tabs: Account, Connections, and Billing.

Account

In the Account tab, you can update your personal information such as your profile picture, name, email, password, and language. You can also edit your company details, including your brand name, website, summary, and the keywords that best describe your business. If needed, you can also delete your account from this section.

Connections

The Connections tab allows you to manage and sync your outreach and campaign tracking. You can connect your Gmail or Outlook account to send messages and manage replies, as well as link your LinkedIn or Instagram accounts depending on your plan. You can also connect your Google Analytics account to easily track the results of your campaigns.

Billing

In the Billing tab, you can view your current plan, Favicoins, and renewal date, and you also have the option to upgrade or cancel your subscription by clicking on Manage. If you need more credits, simply click Buy additional credits and select the amount you want.
