With Contact Lists, you can easily store and organize creators you’ve saved to your Contacts. This is perfect for managing outreach, grouping creators by niche or project, and keeping your workflow structured.

Option 1: Save Creators Directly from Discovery

While browsing creators in Discovery, AI Search, Radar, Rankings or Lookalike, you can save them instantly.

Save Individually

  • Click the Save button on a creator’s profile

  • Choose to:

    • Add them to All Contacts

    • Add them to an existing List

    • Or create a new List immediately

Bulk Save from Discovery

You can also select multiple creators at once:

  • Use the checkboxes to select several creators

  • Click Save or Add to Campaign

  • Choose to add them to All Contacts, an existing List, or create a new one

This allows you to build and organize Lists without leaving the Discovery page.

Option 2: Create a List from Contacts (Bulk Organization)

If you’ve already saved creators to Contacts, you can organize them afterward.

Step 1: Go to Contacts

Click Contacts in the left side panel.

Step 2: Select Creators

Use the checkboxes to select the creators you want to organize.

Step 3: Add to a List

  • Click Add to List

  • Select Create New List

  • Give your List a name

  • Click Create List

All selected creators will be added to your new List.

This method is ideal for organizing creators in bulk after discovery.

Export a List to CSV

  • Open the List

  • Click Export in the top right

This downloads all creators in the List as a CSV file.

Share a List

You can also make a List public:

  • Open the List

  • Click Share icon

  • Choose how it can be shared

  • Then copy the shareable URL

  • This allows people outside your team to view the List.

Filter Creators by Campaign in Contacts

Inside Contacts, you can now filter creators based on the campaigns they are part of and the step (status) they are currently in within a campaign. This helps you quickly find and organize creators depending on where they are in your campaign workflow.

To use this filter:

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Click Filters

  3. Select Campaign then Campaign Step

  4. Choose one of the following filter options:

    • Includes

    • Does not include

    • Includes exactly

    • Does not include exactly

You can then filter creators based on their status within a campaign.

Example: If a creator is part of a Fitness campaign and her campaign status is Active, you can apply a filter for creators whose Campaign Step includes “Active.” This creator will then appear in the filtered results.

This feature makes it easier to manage creators across multiple campaigns and quickly locate creators at specific stages of collaboration.
