Important Notes
Creators need to be enriched before they can be used in reports. If they are not enriched, you will see a message prompting you to enrich them.
Once a creator is unlocked, they can be reused for free in any widget.
After setting everything up, click on Save Changes.
Sharing, Exporting, and Managing Reports
You can share the reports with anyone you want by clicking on Share at the top right corner of the screen.
You can send the report to anyone you want by email, and this will notify them. They will receive an email notification with the link to the report. Alternatively, you can send the link to anyone for this report so that anyone who has access to the link will be able to view it. For both methods, you can set an expiration date until when people can access the report. You have the option to not select an expiration date, or choose 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
Another option to share a report is to download it as a PDF. Click on PDF at the top right corner of the screen to download the report. The report will be downloaded with watermarks; you won’t be able to remove the watermarks, and it is not possible to download the report without watermarks.
The data in the report is constantly updated until the report is paused. If you want to pause the report, click on the report you want to pause, then click on Pause at the top right corner of the screen.
Plan Usage and Data Updates
Your plan allows a specific number of reports/campaigns:
Starter: 1 report/campaign
Standard: 3 reports/campaigns
Pro: 10 reports/campaigns
You need to unlock the profiles you want to use. Each profile only needs to be unlocked once, and you can then use it across as many reports as you want.
All profiles and contacts are linked across the platform. This means that if you unlock a profile while searching for a creator, you do not need to unlock it again when using it in a report, and the same applies in reverse.
Reports are automatically refreshed every day at 4:00 AM (Europe/Paris time, CET/CEST depending on daylight saving time).
If key metrics or tracked data change (for example, follower growth, engagement, or authority score updates for a creator), you will also receive email notifications so you can stay updated on important changes without checking the report manually.
