Why Did My Score Change or Drop?

The most common reasons your score moves, even on days you don't post, and where to see what changed.

Written by Rosemary Haddad

Your score shows your position among active creators on your network. It moves when your numbers change, and also when other creators' numbers change. Your score breakdown always shows which part moved.

The most common reasons for a drop

  • A strong older post left your 90-day window. Only posts from the last 90 days count, so when a well-performing post passes 90 days, it stops counting.

  • You posted less. Consistency is based on how many posts you published in the last 90 days, with full marks at 25.

  • Other creators had a good week. Your score is a rank, so it can move even on days you don't post.

  • You haven't posted on a network for 90 days. Your Reach, Engagement and Consistency on that network drop to zero.

  • Authenticity (LinkedIn and X). Authenticity can lift your score by up to 15% or lower it by up to half. Your bonus or reduction shows in your breakdown.

My score changed a lot on October 5

On October 5, 2026 we launched a new scoring method and recalculated every creator with it, on a 0 to 10,000 scale for every network. Scores from before and after aren't comparable, so the best way to see where you stand now is your tier.

Other questions

I had a viral post but my score barely moved.
Reach and Engagement use your typical (median) post over 90 days, so one big post doesn't carry your score. The followers it brought in still count toward Audience.

My followers grew fast. Why didn't my score jump?
Growth speed isn't scored. Your follower count is, compared with every creator on your network.

I just posted. Why hasn't my score changed?
A post counts once it's a full 24 hours old, so what you post today shows up in tomorrow's score.

Why is my Global score lower than my network score?
Your Global score compares you with creators across every network, which is a bigger group.
